Crystal Harris and Hef Call Off (Supposed) Wedding

Hugh Hefner, 85, and his betrothed bunny, Crystal Harris, 25, were supposed to get hitched at the Playboy mansion this Saturday, but they confirmed their surprise split with separate statements Tuesday.

Harris' camp then quickly dismissed reports that she is carrying on a secret affair with Jordan McGraw, the songwriting son of TV's Dr. Phil McGraw.

She and McGraw reportedly were spotted together at the Chateau Marmont on March, 14, with McGraw kissing her shoulder and trying to hold her hand, Life & Style magazine said.

"That is absolutely not true," Harris' manager Michael Blakey said when asked if she was dating McGraw. "It's a complete fabrication."

Blakey said Harris moved out of the Playboy mansion Monday.

"It was an amicable split up, and they will remain good friends," Blakey told the Daily News.

"After much deep reflection and thought, I have decided to end my engagement with Hef," Harris said in a statement on her website. "I have the utmost respect for Hef and wish him the best going forward."

Her cold feet came after the couple mailed custom Swarovski crystal-encrusted invitations to more than 300 guests.
"The wedding is off. Crystal has had a change of heart," the founder of the skin mag empire wrote Tuesday on Twitter.
The multimillionaire mogul and Harris got engaged in December and shared all the details of their planning with fans.

Harris was supposed to wear a pink Romona Keveza gown for the backyard nuptials, and Hefner asked for his favorite strawberry cake, People.com reported.

The May-December couple had been dating for more than a year, overlapping with Hefner's relationship with the Shannon twins.

The twice-married Hefner proposed Christmas Eve, putting the 6-carat engagement ring in a Disney-themed box that played music from Harris' favorite movie, "The Little Mermaid."

Hefner shared his joy on Twitter.

"When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears, this is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory," he wrote.

Harris was Playmate of the Month in December 2009 and released her "Club Queen" dance single Tuesday.

Blakey said it was "more coincidence than anything else" that the breakup coincided with the song's debut.

Before news of the breakup, Harris directed her Twitter followers to a FunnyorDie.com video skit spoofing her difficulty in dealing with Hefner's cultural references from "olden times."
